The Farfalline Arcobaleno is a multicolored handmade pasta in the shape of small bows.
They are produced by pasta artisans from Puglia, Italy, where they only use certified organic ingredients to create their beautiful and delicious pastas. Because the dyes used are naturally derived from vegetables (spinach, paprika, turmeric and beetroot), the colors remain just as vibrant after cooking! So the rainbow colors show off beautifully on your plate.
Delicious with butter, Parmesan cheese and black pepper or with pesto alla Genovese.
